Registration
The following information is gathered during the registration process- username
- email address
Personal information collected by phonelocator application
The phonelocator application may send the following information to the phonelocator server:- The telephone handset's IMEI number
- The sim card inserted into the handset IMSI number
Removing personal information from phonelocator servers
Phonelocator users can delete handsets from the "My Phones" page. This removes the telephone handset's IMEI and IMSI from the Phonelocator server. Phonelocator users can request that their account information (user name and email address) be deleted by emailing contactus@phonelocator.mobiMailing List
We may occasionally email registerted users to notify them about new Phonelocator releases. This list will never be sold, traded, or rented to others. You can add or remove yourself from this list by visiting our Support page.
Disclosure to Outside Parties
Birkett Enterprise Ltd does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. Birkett Enterprise Ltd may provide aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns, and related site information to reputable third-parties, but these statistics will include no personally identifying information. Birkett Enterprise Ltd may release account information to (a) comply with law, (b) enforce or apply the terms of any of our user agreements or (c) protect the rights, property or safety of Birkett Enterprise Ltd, our users, or others.
Location of data
The phonelocator service is hosted on Linode servers located in London, England.
Accessibility of location information
By default, your phone's locaiton is only visble by logging in to the Phonelocator website using your username and password. Users can choose to make their locaiton accessable to other people.
Your Consent
By using the phonelocator.mobi website and/or phonelocator applcation you consent to the collection and use of this information by Birkett Enterprise Ltd. If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on this page so that you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we disclose it. Regardless of any changes we make to our privacy policy, we will always use your personal information in accordance with the version of the policy in place at the time you provided your information, unless you give your express consent for us to do otherwise.
